This session is for children aged 4 and over, as well as any adults who are interested.
The ponies act as a mirror, offering you support whilst you connect with yourselve, nature and your subconscious. During the meditations, we explore various themes, stories and visualisations, afterwards, we take time to reflect whilst enjoying a snack.
