Live from your soul!

Coaching is the key to positive change. External influences as well as our way of thinking affect our balance. A horsecoach offers tools to become the director of your own life again.

How to do this? By learning to navigate, to let go and to rein in nagging thoughts. In this way you are once again firmly in the saddle and life goes at a gallop. Is it really that simple? The answer is a resounding ‘yes’, provided you start working with the tools I can offer you. As a horsecoach, I can help you to search and find all kinds of insights. A connection with horses or experience with horse riding is not necessary. To quote man and horse: you do not need to sit on the horse or get acquainted with it. Without a horse, you can also experience the added value of a skilled coach.

Still, a horse is a coach in itself. These animals naturally mirror you. A horse tells without words. A horse lets you feel. This brings you closer to your own feelings. Mainly, horses give you back your trust in your own intuition. Horses know how to strengthen your leadership, responsibilities, cooperation and being ‘in touch with yourself’.

For that reason, Life Coach is also an ideal tool for people in business.
