Staying overnight with youre horse

2 Guests with 2 Haflingers 3 nights.

There is a call on FaceBook at overnights with your horse for a place 2 – 5 May, Haflingers who are used to being outside 24/7 with nice pictures attached. The ladies themselves would like to be able to chill out, play games and have a comfortable bathroom and kitchen.

No fewer than 58 responses followed and Melanie, a guest who went last year and this year with het husband/horse and carriage tagged my name. Sweet of Melanie he❣️!

Shirley sends a message with a few questions such as: how many horses and people is their room for? (there might be girlfriends with horses wanting to come along) and does there happen to be a jacuzzi 😉?

Soon the booking is made and at the top of the call coms an Update: Thanks for all the tips. We are going to BoksheideBuiten!

In February, 3 month before arrival.

Shirley is with het Dennis near Eersel and asks if they can come and see where they end up with the horses. A tour follows…

The day of arrival is a whopping 27 degrees, Shirley & Lisa go riding the Lommelse Sahara route 10.1 kilometres before checking in. The app shows the riding route and the car park.

The accommodation.

Just after four, the ladies arrive with their Goldens, have a nice shower and then explore the Paddock Paradise. Well, heads immediately go down at the first step on the grass 😅.

Shirley, Lisa, Anton & Roos had a fantastic time at BoksheideBuiten. Alexandra’s warm welcome was very nice. They felt right at home. The house was very clean and fully equipped. It was lovely to relax on the terrace in front of the house and when it got a bit colder outside, the table inside was also a great place to play games. The kitchen was also well equipped, which allowed them to make delicious breakfasts. In the evening, they ordered delicious sushi with home delivery and went out for dinner at area where the choice of restaurants is endless.

For Anton & Roos, it was a snack holiday. At home, they are at a place with 50 other horses with unlimited hay in a kind of nature reserve of 6 hectares where there is no grass. Only in the grazing season do they occasionally have a few hours of grazing per day. Here, Anton % Roos were lovely on a Paddock Paradise with GRASS! have not often seen horses that can mow grass so enthusiastically. They also felt very comfortable as they also slept well. The little club rode 67 kilometres in 4 days and really enjoyed the beautiful surrounding and fine trailer. Almost everything was unpaved and also few path with stones. Fine for Anton & R’s bare feet.

I think they will come back sometime!
