You can smell the delightful scent of reclaimed Douglas fir as soon as you step inside our charmingly frunished nature cottages. Thanks to the large window, the sliding doors and the side windows, there is plenty of natural light, bringing the outdoors inside.

it starts early, the hawthorn begins to bud, and birds gather nesting materials to move into the many nesting boxes hanging outside your nature Cottage. Even the little rain barrel gets occupied every year. It’s a cacophony of chirping. Spring bulbs are poking their heads above the ground, and everywhere you look, fresh colours and blossoms are appearing. Spending the nihgt in spring feels like a fresh start of the year. Go offline for a while and take some time for yourselve.

During the summer month, you can watch the sun rise and set at the end of the day. In the afternoon, it’s lovely to soak up the sunrise. Do you prefer to seek out the shade? That’s possible too, as there are plenty of tall trees providing cosy shades spots. In front of the Cornflower Cottage, all sorts of farmers’s hydrangeas are in bloom, which is a real delight to behold. Read a book in this peaceful spot.

Autumn at BoksheideBuiten

You can see the arrival of autumn in the food forest we’ve created around the meadows and Paddock Paradise. You can smell the scent of wet leaves and forest soil as soon as you open the sliding doors. Can you hear the drumming of a woodpecker? It’s wonderful to slow down in our nature cottage. Autumn is the perfect time to get out and about and go for a walk in the surrounding woods.

In winter, the floor of your nature cottage is lovely and warm, and lighting a tea light makes it even cosier. True nature lovers, such as guests staying in holiday cottages, can also light a fire at their holiday cottage in Eersel Noord-Brabant during this season.

Meditation

Take a moment for yourselve with our ponies Navida & Floris. Sit or lie down comfortably, let your shoulders relax, close your eyes if it feels right, and let go of all your thouhts… During your stay, you can book a heartfulness/visualisatie session to truly find your inner pease.

Horse coaching

Navida & Floris are experts at reading your energy and body language. Starting from the ground, you’ill work with one of them and become aware of your own behavior. You can work om building self-confidence, setting boundaries, developing leadership skills and releasing tension. During your stay, you can take part in a horse coaching session to help you fully embrace the ‘here and now’.

Walking

Your feet are itching to move. On the Cartierheide, Plateaux-Hageven, the Malpi or the Lommmelse Sahara, every step you take creates a new story. A still pool of water in which the sky admires itself. A winding path that invites you to get lost. A bench that whispers that doing nothing is a destination in itself. Walks become encounters: with nature, with one another, with thoughts that are finally given space. Round off your walk with a morning coffee in the sun, on one of Eersel’s many terraces.

Cycling

Everything feels lighter on a bike. The wind on your cheeks, the landscape slowly gliding by. Cycle towards the Groot- & Kleinmeer lakes or the burial mounds of Knegsel. Mountainbiken

Running

Put on your shoes, step outside and let go. Turn right, cross the junction, and head into the woods. Paved and unpaved paths alternate, getting lost is almost impossible.
